There are several Leadership Colleges in Nebraska. These schools are often internship-based and can offer hands-on training for those that feel called to ministry. Check out some of the options here!
Omaha School of Ministry is located in Omaha Nebraska at Flatland Church. At Omaha School of Ministry we are passionate about developing the next generation of leaders through hands on experience, personal mentorship, and academic study. We want to help students become confident, knowledgeable, and effective leaders for God’s kingdom! We partner with Southwestern Assemblies of God University to provide our students with an accredited online education to pair with their hands on experience and mentorship.

The Academy is located at Christ Place Church in Lincoln, NE in partnership with North Central University! This program is affordable, attainable and fully accredited and offers 5 degrees! The Academy has three core values…to “strengthen faith”, “build character” and “pursue purpose” in each of our students! Whether that’s for the market place or the local church, The Academy can help each student get where they feel God is leading them. Our students will learn to apply their classroom instruction in “hands-on, practical” ways for degree credit! NE Chi Alpha Programs
Chi Alpha is an international and interdenominational student Christian Fellowship on college campuses. Sponsored by Chi Alpha Campus Ministries and local churches, it is open to college students of all backgrounds.
There are two Chi Alpha Progrmas at Nebraska Univeristies.
Chadron State Chi Alpha is lead by Tanner and Courtney Sherlock. “We would love for you to find a place where you, as a college student, can belong. A place where you feel at home, and your friends become family. We believe that fellowship is a pivotal part of our walk with Christ, and it is our prayer that Chi Alpha can be that for our students.”
Chi Alpha (XA) Christian Campus Ministry at the University of Nebraska Omaha is a movement of college students dedicated to following Jesus, discipling each other, making lifelong friendships, and changing the world. We are a collection of students from the University of Nebraska Omaha and surrounding universities who have one basic thing in common: a passion to experience God and develop a deeper relationship with Him!
